Over two days, participants explore new project ideas, find partners, and engage in matchmaking opportunities that fuel the next generation of European innovation initiatives.
Alongside the common programme of keynotes, networking, and idea pitching, we are taking the opportunity to present our innovative project idea: TRUST-SMI: Trustworthy Green AI for Smart Health: Preventing Relapse in Severe Mental Illness.
About TRUST-SMI
Mental healthcare faces critical challenges: up to 50% of crisis admissions are preventable, and treatment often relies on trial and error when medication fails. TRUST-SMI addresses these issues with a trusted, AI-driven Smart Health platform that:
- Detects relapse risks early using speech and imaging-based AI models.
- Supports clinicians with agentic AI for intake, risk alerts, care plans, and motivational chatbots.
- Ensures privacy-preserving learning through federated AI, GDPR/EHDS compliance, and synthetic data.
- Reduces paperwork by saving clinicians 2–3 hours per day, moving from guesswork to evidence-based care
